Missxstatic
In the year 2000, I had my first experience of the internet. Scared of the unknown, I opted to use the 10 minute of internet use at a cafe. I decided not to use my real name. Instead of it being an actual name, I created the username 'Missxstatic' to disguise my real identity. I never hid who I really was, just my name. But, what is in a name? As I said before, I use a username instead. Nowadays, my username is more recognised when used with my real name.I first started checking out chat rooms and what the internet had to offer. After this, I moved on to playing MMORPG's (Multimedia Online Role Playing Game) and RPG's (Role Playing Games) for a few years. When social networks began appearing, I began registering with most of them. I had registered with MySpace, Bebo, Facebook and Twitter. I branched out on my search and began creating blog posts for blog type social networks such as: Blogger, Tumblr and Wordpress.
Almost 10 years had passed, before my friends and family began using the internet. Most of them are members of Facebook and play their numerous games, daily. Not many of them had registered on the other social networks, finding Facebook to be easier and fun to use. Besides catching up with each other, it has become easier to keep in contact with friends, family and associates. Because of the easy access, we are also able to correspond with people throughout the world.
Throughout the years, I created email accounts, blog sites and various websites for friends and family. Only recently, I learnt that type of work is called Social Media Managing. A Social Media Manager is usually the person who creates accounts and sets up a social network on behalf of others and/or businesses. Since I had already been doing something similar, I decided to learn more about it.
I am currently learning and researching how to be a Social Media Manager, while also learning about website and email marketing. I am always searching for the right 'work from home' opportunity, that fits my needs and the time I have available. I will mention more about this, as it is the path that I am on.
Me
Originally born in New Zealand, my name is Celia Morgan. My family and I moved to Australia when I was quite young, for a better life. I was raised, educated and employed in Australia. I am the descendant of Tohunga Kohitu Mihitaurangi, friend and personal counsel to Aotearoa's one and only great King Tawhiao. I was born into two of the biggest tribes in New Zealand - one of them being the most vicious of all the Māori tribes and the other being one of the first tribes to migrate to New Zealand from Hawaiki.A couple of years ago, I wrote two books as guides within the Paranormal field. The first book is a basic information about the Paranormal, including research and investigation. The second book, is a Spiritual guide to aid investigators during their investigation. Being from a family who's had similar occurrences, I too began investigating and researching the Paranormal. I am now a part-time investigator, due to outside commitments.
During my spare time, I offer my time by volunteering at the local primary school canteen and caring for the aged and disabled. I also have a 6 year old daughter named Stephanie, who's mind seems to be older than that of a 6 year old. Originally born in Sydney, we moved to Newcastle a year after she was born. Since then, she has attended day care and primary school in the Newcastle area.
Ever since we migrated to Australia, my parents have always said "one day soon, we are going to move back to New Zealand". As time passed, they changed it to "one day, we're going to retire in New Zealand". That day has finally arrived, both of my parents are ready to move back and are preparing for it. In the meantime, I do not want to move back just yet. Financially, I can't afford to live or survive in New Zealand. I am trying my best for now, making money anywhere possible.
Employment stopped becoming an option almost 15 years ago, when I developed multiple physical disabilities. I suffer from scoliosis, slipped discs, various types of arthritis - though mostly rheumatoid, and many more illnesses and injuries. Recently, I have begun searching for ways to make money online, as I spend most of my time on the internet. Similar to the mystery shoppers service, I wanted to be paid for doing what I do daily. Imagine being paid for doing your normal weekly grocery shop, or being paid to go shopping. Those of the types of money making services that I have sought after, as making money through earning rewards takes too long. This is also the reason why I began training to become a Social Media Manager. The work is similar to what I do now. Charisma and public relations experience would be an advantage, as it is motly about engaging with others to build a repertoire.
I have been posting my journey with becoming a Social Media Manager, while also sharing the ups and downs of it all. I have named the blog 'A Social Media Manager'. If the information and posts aren't about my journey, then it is information that I have shared with those who are in a similar situation. It may also provide information for advertisers and publishers.
Advertiser: Business looking for to promote their company, service and/or website.
Publisher: An Individual or Business looking to monetize their blog and/or website.
